MAGRAM Market Research has completed complex project on the cellular services and mobile phones market for DIXIS Company. The research took place in four Russian cities and consisted of two stages. During the first qualitative stage several special methods were implemented: Brand Personification, which allows to understand in-depth emotional aspects of brand perception and Brand Sorting – spontaneous classification. Classification method helps to learn market segmentation perceived by consumers, brand relations and interdependence, brand and product evaluation criteria. The latest article is about “Six Sevens” pool, for which MAGRAM Market Research has completed research project. The main goal was to define the position of the brand “Six Sevens” at the market. The project included qualitative part – In-Depth study of attitude towards brand, and quantitative – telephone interviews and hall-test. The results showed high level of knowledge of the brand “Six Sevens”, that reaches 75% of respondents.

Research project ”Customer attitudes toward flat repair“ for advertising agency ACG and Du Pont has been completed successfully. During this study 24 focus group discussions were organized in Moscow, Novosibirsk and Rostov-na-Donu. Besides focus group discussions, special method of “home visits” was applied. It helped to identify problems that may appear during repair in a most efficient way.
