completed successfully. During this study 24 focus group discussions were organized in Moscow, Novosibirsk and Rostov-na-Donu.
Besides focus group discussions, special method of “home visits” was applied. It helped to identify problems that may appear during repair in a most efficient way.

The central part of Vedomosty newspaper conference "Marketing
Warfares" was conducted with active participation of
MAGRAM Market Research (May 31, 2002). President of
MAGRAM MR Marina Malykhina acted as the leading expert
of the part titled "Fighting strategy and tactics".
Four main strategies were analyzed by representatives of
